When will my order arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and most arrive within 5 to 10 calendar days of shipping. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times by country.
My delivery is late or missing.
Email us at hello@g-pax.com with your order number and we'll look into it for you and make sure it's sorted.
My tracking isn't updating.
This is normal in the first few days, as tracking often updates once your package reaches your destination country. If it still shows nothing 15 days after you received your tracking link, email us at hello@g-pax.com.
