Return & Refund Policy

If your order isn't quite right, we're here to help. You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Please review the conditions below.

Eligibility Items must be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, complete, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or incompleteness may be declined. A maximum of 3 items per order may be returned, and the reason must be clear and supported by photos where relevant.

How Returns Work Returns are sent to our fulfillment center, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error. As international return shipping can be costly and slow, we recommend store credit or an exchange rather than shipping an item back for a refund.

Refunds Approved returns are issued as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future GPAX order. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and bundled items must be returned in full.

Your Statutory Rights (EU & UK) Separately from our 30-day policy above, consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, by contacting hello@g-pax.com within that period. In that case you'll receive a refund of the item price and original standard shipping to your payment method once the item is received and inspected. Return shipping is your responsibility, and items must be returned unused and in original condition. This is a legal minimum that applies in addition to our policy and is never reduced by it, and our 30-day window gives you more time than this.

Exchanges Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery, with items returned complete and in original condition. Once inspected, store credit is issued by email to place a new order. Direct item-for-item exchanges are not offered.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect on our part and is reported within 10 calendar days of delivery with supporting photos, we'll cover a free replacement or refund at no return cost to you. Please include a full photo of the product, a photo showing the issue, and a photo of the product label.

Damage After Delivery We can't be held responsible for damage that occurs after your item has been delivered, including normal wear, accidental damage, or damage caused by washing or handling that doesn't follow the care label. Items found to be damaged after delivery for these reasons are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Inspection All returned items are inspected within 5 to 7 calendar days of receipt, and you'll be notified of the outcome by email.

What We Can't Accept GPAX may refuse any return that doesn't comply with this policy, including items that are worn, used, or incomplete, outside the 30-day window, sent to an unauthorized address, or beyond the 3-item maximum. The following are not eligible for a free replacement or shipping refund, though EU and UK statutory rights remain unaffected: an incorrect address provided at checkout; a parcel undelivered because the recipient was unreachable, unknown, or refused it; ordering the wrong size or changing your mind when the product has no fault; and issues not reported within 10 calendar days. Denied returns may be sent back at the customer's expense.
