GPAX works with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order quickly and securely. Please see the details below.

Shipping & Tracking All orders ship via Express Shipping. Once an order ships, tracking information is provided by email and serves as confirmation that the order is in transit. Tracking may take a few days to show movement, and updates typically begin once the package reaches the destination country.

Processing Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons.

International Shipping GPAX ships to selected destinations across Europe, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Arab Emirates. We ship on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis, so all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are handled by us and you will not be charged extra fees on delivery. Customs delays imposed by local authorities are beyond our control and do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Shipping Costs Shipping fees vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders, as shown at checkout.

Delivery Estimates Delivery times begin from the date your order ships and are estimates, not guarantees. Remote or island addresses may take longer.

Europe (other) covers Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Order Changes & Cancellations Requests to modify or cancel an order must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible, and shipped orders cannot be canceled. For address changes, contact us as soon as possible with your order number; we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Failed Delivery & Uncollected Parcels A parcel may arrive at your local post office and remain pending if the address is incomplete or it isn't collected in time. The carrier typically attempts delivery one to three times; if not collected within the holding period, the parcel may be returned, and we cannot take responsibility for loss during the return process. Please ensure your address and contact details are correct at checkout.

Missing, Damaged, or Not Received Claims for items that arrive broken, damaged, or with quality issues must be reported within 10 calendar days of delivery with clear photos of the product, the issue, and your order details. Packaging damage alone does not qualify if the item inside is intact. If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, contact us right away and we'll provide delivery proof and the carrier's contact details so you can follow up. If you obtain carrier proof that the package was lost or not delivered, we'll arrange a free replacement or refund. These investigations rely on the carrier and may take time, with no guaranteed outcome where tracking confirms delivery, so please check with your household and local post office first.
