First, please check with members of your household and your local post office, as packages are sometimes handed over or held for collection. If it still hasn't arrived after 24 hours, contact us at hello@g-pax.com and we'll do our best to investigate with the carrier. Please note that we may need to wait for proof of delivery from the carrier, and these investigations can take some time.
