How will I be refunded?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know by email whether it's been approved. Approved returns are refunded as store credit, which never expires and can be used on any future GPAX order. As international return shipping can be slow and costly, store credit and exchanges are usually the faster and easier option. If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep your statutory right to a refund to your original payment method, as explained in our Return & Refund Policy.
