What is the return window?

You can register your return within 14 days of receiving your order. After registration you have 14 days to send the item back.

Conditions

Items must be unworn, clean and undamaged. Please return them preferably in the original packaging.

How does it work?

Register your return using the form below.
Within 24–48 hours you will receive your return label by email. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.
After receiving and checking your return, we refund the purchase amount minus the return costs within 3–5 working days.
